Like many clay artists, my journey started in the sand boxes and mud puddles of my youth, playing with dirt. I have continued to cultivate that sense of play throughout my education and development as an artist. I began playing with clay as a teenager, embracing it as my life's work soon after my first ceramics course at Goshen College. Goshen was followed by a year at the University of Louisville and an MFA from Tyler School of Art of Temple University.

Currently I am teaching a various locations in southern New Jersey and exhibiting work both regionally and nationally.
